Asteya means non-stealing. One of my favorite meanings of the word is non-stealing of the present moment. Getting lost in thought is pretty common. My hope is for this episode to bring you to the present moment. I apologize in advance for the clicking noise. I had the mike way too closely to my mouth after drinking a bunch of water.
