EdibleBliss11 is a business that has taken entrées and desserts to the next level. The founder Amanda Hamer who has been in the culinary industry for 25+ years creates her desserts with the intention of pleasing the palate one blissful bite at a time.

Since quitting her 9 to 5 job to pursue her passion, Amanda has found her own unique style when it comes to cooking and baking. All her creations are made from scratch using only the best ingredients. Amanda has been featured on many platforms including the Food Network’s “donut showdown”, and her desserts have been devoured by our very own Prime Minister of Canada.
