17 - Confessions and Shared Stories (Mental Health Week)
The final epsiode of the Mental Health Awareness week of IKF and this one is just stories. I received several and picked a few but had some people say "hey lets meet up and talk I have something contribute." So to end this week here are a few stories on how some have dealt with the different mental health cases. Spoiler Alert we have stories from Earon Nealey and David "Caveman" Rickels.
Please share and like and everything that comes with spreading the message. The big thing about awareness is talking about it and sharing materials. Alot of work went into this whole thing and these people shared the darkest places of their life in order to help others! you never know who is on the edge and just need a little bit of support to make it off the ledge or who is feeling like they are the only one suffering.
