Since the outbreak of the new coronavirus, the food service industry has been greatly affected in many countries around the world. Egypt is no exception. The general manager and the chef of Makino, one of the few traditional Japanese restaurants in Egypt, explained the situation of the restaurant industry in the wake of the COVID19 and the possibility of promoting Japanese food in the future.
