We enter the bubble with Elise Mace who works at Tennis Australia as the Ballkid Strategy and Operations Lead. Elise has previously worked for Hockey Victoria and Swimming Australia in sports development and growth roles, alongside an expedition to Canada where she worked for 2 years at the YMCA.

We discuss what her role involves both during the year and at the Australian Open, how intrinsically rewarding her job is, some of the challenges she faces and look ahead to what the Australian Open may look like in 2021.
