If you've never tried it, energy work may seem mystical and evoke a natural curiosity. I mean, we're all made of energy and matter right? Energy work is essentially consciously working with it to serve your highest expression. I go into my 10 years of experience on the receiving end, what it feels like and how I've used it over my personal growth journey.

- My first experience with energy work (I didn't know it at the time)
- Breakdown of modalities including: reiki, soul retrieval, chakra balancing, aura reading, etc.
- How to know when to use each modality for healing and growth
