Kris Beech joins the H2H family in episode 17. Leavold and Beech discuss the challenges of moving away to play junior hockey. Beech opens up about his struggles after being drafted 7th overall by the Washington Capitals in 1999. He chased the dream of being the star player and battled his own personal hell while chasing his dream.

Beech is now a certified "Mindfulness" coach and is doing some incredible things including coaching at one of British Columbia's premiere hockey academies Delta Hockey Academy.
