  • How allowing our female cycle to be a roadmap for a more effortless way of living, we can feel less stressed & overwhelmed, and more powerful, energized & confident.
  • Many women share the belief that they have the belief that we need to BE all the things for everyone, go go go nonstop when really, we aren't! Nor should we! Our hormones do not support that.
  • Our "high energy" phase of our cycle really isn't that long...yet we are trying to live in that phase all month! This is why so many of us feel burnt out, disconnected, irritable, etc.
  • We NEED to have periods of rest and times when we really allow ourselves to go inward and tap into our feminine energy.
  • How making sure we are getting the right foods and types of movement in during each phase of our cycles can help increase energy, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing.
