Meet Andrea Becker, a dear friend of mine that I am so excited to introduce you to.  If you are unfamiliar with Andrea she is all around an amazing human.  She has a remarkable backstory that has helped shape her into the extraordinary human she is today.  In this convo she shares with us some of her strategies for taking negative thoughts captive, recognizing addictions, how to take control of the unhealthy coping mechanisms and how to see the beauty in the life journey.
