Today I am joined by Dr. Sam Maniar, founder of the Center for Peak Performance. In addition to a PhD in Sports Psychology and Counselling Psychology, Sam has worked with sports teams such as the Cleveland Browns, and in 2002, helped the Ohio State University win the National Championship in Football. Sam also works in executive coaching and leadership development, and his work has been featured in numerous publications such as the New York Times, ESPN, and Fox News.
