Donald Trump's improbably victory in 2016 stunned the public and proved most pre-election polls to be wrong. Popular opinion is that in 2016 swing voters swung to Trump because of James Comey's last minute letter resurfacing of the scandalous Hillary Clinton emails.  We talk about how that may have not been the deciding factor as well as some campaign tactics used by Clinton that, in hindsight, were poor choices and may have lead to her narrow defeat.  It seems as though she brought a knife to a gunfight.
