Welcome to episode 17 of the Wild Women Rise Podcast!

We are down a wild woman this week as Nikole is spending time with family, leaving the remaining three witches: Suzanne, Alex, & Sarah who will attempt to be productive without the astrological father figure to our group present... We are easily the less functional crew, "B crew" If you will – and this episode really lives into "the $h!+ show known as...." When a fire sign and two water signs get together...pray for us all. 

We pulled a topic from our grab-bag aka Suzanne's snack pack and landed on Toxic Positivity: gaslighting unpleasant emotions by way of hyper-blasting the "good vibes only" mentality towards other people or yourself...

We also coined a fun new term - Quarantitties: the moment during quarantine when you realize your boobs have gotten bigger and you are not even mad about it. 

Learning to love our selves & new assets unconditionally while honoring the shadow of "this means I've gained weight." Allowing ourselves the space to feel the heavy and unpleasant emotions as a way to embrace the human experience as whole, integrate our shadow, and grow from the discomfort versus just constantly shining this bright light in the name of not feeling the unpleasant emotions. 

Join us as we discuss the balance of sitting in your $h!+ versus living there, or not witnessing it at all, normalizing asking your people "how can I show up for you in the moment" and knowing that not every person and situation calls for the same emotional space to be held. With multifaceted emotions comes the need for multifaceted support – also, we may or may not mention nude, wet & oily selfies & why everyone looks better in the wet look...it is the wild women after all, be prepared for $3xuality to pop in one way or another.
