This was a really fun episode because we all know each other from different things! It was really fun to just chat as design friends, we had a really great conversation! We talked about the reality and struggles that come with being a full-time working mother, the importance in defining success and what that looks like for you, her opinions on burnout and the shame that comes with it, the difference between failing and pivoting, recognizing when you are comparing yourself to others and moving past it, and many other interesting topics like that that we don't talk about enough. Morgan is so fun, you guys are gonna love her!
