In this episode the Iwatobi Swim Swim Club has only a sub plot, because it's mainly about the Samezuka boys this time. Join them during practice, swim suit shopping, playing rock paper scissors and a lot of trips to Rins and Sousukes past.

Meanwhile Gou is teaching Haruka, Makoto, Rei and Nagisa what perfect swimmers should eat - of course only for their lovely muscles.
