Mondays often feel like January 1st- you start off incredibly ambitious at the start of the week and either you crush it or it crushes you. For anyone, approaching everyday life with intentionality is like pushing a boulder up a mountain. For an entrepreneur, it can feel like that, plus wearing a ball and chain.

Technology is making so many things easier, while at the same time bearing new challenges. With everything at our fingertips, disconnecting and decompression become that much harder. Especially when communication lines never shut off.
