What is up everybody I've got another episode here for you. Unfortunately I am sick as all hell but none the less made sure to hop on the mic!

This episode was a bit of a rambler but I share my current travels in the midwest and what exactly brought me over here & working out in hotel gyms and pushing through resistance which comes in many forms including the common cold!
