Today Talitha spoke with Caroline Lewis, a junior in high school who loves surfing, scuba diving, volunteering and spending time with her friends and family. They spoke about Caroline's internship at All One Ocean, her best and worst scuba diving experiences, her love of sharks and being one with the ocean.

SHUT UP AND LISTEN is a podcast hosted by a 17 year old. This SUAL has two different types of episodes, both comedy and professional. During the professional episodes Talitha will host the show and bring on successful people from her community to talk about their careers and passions, in hopes that it helps young adults can learn about career paths available to them. During the comedic episodes Talitha will bring her friends on the show to discuss gossip, music, trends and relationships.
