This episode was recorded 2 months ago during my first uni term and I am only now publishing! I didn't like it at the time but here goes...


The big five personality traits are: open-mindedness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism. Each trait is a sliding scale with an exact opposite. Today we dive into each trait and how it relates to team roles and people dynamics within occupational psychology.
