Pray (out loud & demand anything demonic to leave in the name of Jesus)

Read Scripture (out loud)

Blast worship music

Do some sort of workout to increase endorphins.

Make sure there’s no active sin in your life that you haven’t yet repented for.

Take communion

Get some sun

Let someone know what’s going on, so they can pray for you

Write down everything you’re grateful for.

Take some time away from social media

Drink water and make sure you’re eating nourishing foods.
