17: The Power of the Ask with Rocío León

As women, we don't always ask for what we want and deserve. In this episode, Sales Director Rocío León, shares the lessons she's learned in her career about why asking matters, why we don't do it enough, and how we can all ask more often so we can receive what matters to us.

What matters is clear communication and a desire to understand what the other person values.
      • When you go and ask someone for what you want, don't forget that the other person is also human. Most people want to help you and see you succeed!
