Sam Stilb has been to thousands and thousands of concerts and live events in his life. He's always seeming to find himself at the right place at the right time for a photo up with the stars. He's also a staple at Rock Fest in Cadott, WI, winning the inaugural "Ultimate Rock Fest Fan" honor in 2014. Known for his elaborate costumes and giant heads on sticks. (Figurative, not literal.)
