Tom Collins
2 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
chilled club soda
Add gin, lemon, and syrup to an ice-filled collins glass (high-ball). Top it off with club soda and stir. Garnish with a lemon slice and cherry.
