Pauline Cox is a Functional Nutritionist, Mother and Entrepreneur with a vast depth of knowledge and experience in women’s health, hormonal balance and nutrition. Pauline is a regular columnist both nationally and internationally and she delivers regular online courses and speaking engagements. Founder of the groundbreaking store, Sow & Arrow she is also currently completing her Masters to become a fellow of the National Centre of Integrative Medicine. 

Pauline has been a friend of Nourish for some years, taking part in our Instagram Lives and stocking our products on the shelves of her wonderful store, Sow & Arrow.
