WWE Summer Slam and NXT Takeover both happened in one weekend, and we're here to break down both MASSIVE pay-per-view events, as well as the fallout leading into the week!
NXT Takeover Brooklyn III was an absolute barn-burner of a show with some of the best matches in recent memory. As far as Summer Slam, some loved it, some hated it. Combined, the two shows provided NINE extra hours of wrestling content for the week! Be sure to tune-in to hear how we fared in our picks, and where we think feud's will go from here!
The following night on Monday Night RAW, Nick's dream match of Brock vs Braun for the Universal Championship is booked for No Mercy, and John Cena makes his RAW debut as a free agent to face-off against Roman Reigns before things got interrupted by the Miztourage.
On SmackDown Live, Kevin Owens continues to prove that Shane McMahon is the worst referee ever, Chad Gable gets a new tag team partner, and a certain NXT Champion makes their debut on the main roster ... and it is GLORIOUS!
NXT is heating up as new feuds ignite at Full Sail University. Ring of Honor superstars invade, and new superstars are being born in front of our eyes! We have a new NXT Champion, new Tag Champs, and as we now know after recording the show, Asuka has relinquished the NXT Women's title.
The Mae Young Classic starts next week! Be sure to check out the Bracketology special with Graves & Lita this weekend!
By popular request, we've started a Patreon with some kickass reward tiers in an effort to keep the show ad-free and do it more often, and we've also launched a brand new Facebook Discussion Group so that we can chat with all of you!
