This week's guest is Zoe De Toledo and Zoe has nominated The Championship Course on London's River Thames, home to University Boat Race as her Ground Jewel.

Zoe is an Olympic medalist turned broadcaster, who has been coxing boats along this stretch of the Thames since her school days. In 2012, Zoe was famously involved in the Boat Race that was disrupted by a protestor entering the river.

Although that day had an unhappy ending for Zoe in the dark blue boat of Oxford it was also in another way the beginning of something much happier.
