This week I talk with Dr. Joe Kavolus!! Dr. Joe is an Orthopedic Surgeon and specializes in hip and knee surgeries. Dr. Kavolus was born and raised in Greenville, SC and he was the oldest of 5 boys! He graduated from Harvard University with a degree in evolutionary biology before earning his medical degree from Medical University of South Carolina and completed his residency in orthopedics at Duke!

 

During his education and early years practicing he realized the importance of proper nutrition for pre-surgery and post-surgery individuals and that is when the idea for imtuitive formed.
