Went to a national chain restaurant.The appetizer order was messed up, but fixed.My wife has a gluten allergy. She stated as much and ordered a gluten free item.The item was not gluten free. The restaurant comped her meal, but they should have. They didn't comp my meal, they didn't go above and beyond.To maximize their return, should they have comped our entire meal?Also, my run in with Enterprise Rent a Car where they DID go above and beyond.While I'm  sharing stories, let's throw U-haul under the bus.
