Today’s episode is a summary of what I learned and liked from my Stake Conference yesterday. It was a solid meeting, so I have a lot of thoughts!

I also briefly mention my advice on how to get yourself out of a spiritual funk/rut. At times we can feel like we are spiritually plateauing, and I think working on revitalizing our testimony is a great opportunity to rededicate ourselves to Christ and His gospel.

Someone in Stake Conference yesterday said something about how any improvement we make will lead to blessings. It’s true, and isn’t that wonderful?!
