Today we will be diving into IvyConnect with three key members of our Systems Office IT Team. IvyConnect represents the people, process and tools whose mission is to transform constituent engagements into lifelong relationships leveraging the Salesforce platform.

The college's vision with IvyConnect is to deliver a set of services that provide a frictionless constituent experience by improving operational efficiencies and enabling data-driven decision-making.
