Fletcher's impact reaches far and wide, with appearances on prestigious platforms like College Game Day, ESPN TV and radio, SportsCenter, and Outside the Lines with Bob Ley. He even had the honor of speaking at a National Safety Transportation Board event in Washington D.C., as well as numerous schools, colleges, sports teams, community organizations, and businesses.

His journey of recovery was not without its share of challenges. His family faced hardships, his parents sacrificing their own livelihoods to become his full-time caretakers. Yet, through it all, Fletcher's determination shone through. He not only relearned essential skills but also earned a degree in Computer Science from the University of Memphis.
