Rachael Crook is the Co-founder and CEO of Lifted, the start up revolutionising how we care for our loved ones. Their ambition at Lifted is to lift lives by building the complete companion to anyone looking after a loved one. From the moment of diagnosis to the end of life, they want to make sure that no one cares alone.
She Co-founded the company based on her personal experience struggling to find care for her mother after she was diagnosed with early on set dementia.
Rachael was formerly a consultant with McKinsey & Company and a Senior Advisor in the Prime Minister's Implementation Unit. She holds an MPhil from the University of Oxford and BA(Hons) from the University of Warwick.
