Today on the podcast I am sitting down with casting director, COO and author Julia Bianco Schoeffling. Julia is an absolute TITAN in the voice acting for video games industry and has written the first ever industry guide for video game acting: The Art and Business of Acting for Video Games.

As the COO and Casting Director at The Halp Network, she specializes in voice and performance capture casting for future technology including video games, AR/VR, new media, location-based entertainment, and beyond. Casting credits include Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time, The Outerworlds, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond VR and Tell Me Why featuring the first playable transgender character in a video game. She is a Co-Chair of the Dialogue and Performance Track of GameSoundCon, the world's largest conference on audio for video games and interactive media, a member of BAFTA and has been featured in the Los Angeles Times, Backstage, and Wired Magazine.
