Spiritual practices can make an enormous difference as you recover from loss. Today we explore five ways to go through the stages of grief. First, connect to your source of strength. Second, be still and appreciate the silence around you. Third, go into nature or a spiritual place of worship. Fourth, do something for someone else. And fifth, pull out a photo album or your phone, and remember those you love and who love you. You are not alone. We encourage you to take the time and space to breathe, begin to heal and move forward.
