How about a mental health day or half-day or hour or moment, even?!
In today’s Momtra I’m sharing why I didn’t publish last Friday and some of my thoughts on “the mental health day” and why it’s so important for everyone, especially mamas.
And you don’t have to be in a dark or completely stressed out place to acknowledge you need some time for yourself. In fact, it’s great when we can recognize that before it gets to a more intense point.
So in case you haven’t given yourself permission, let this episode be your formal invite to take a step back and recenter. Because you are worthy of it, and because everyone benefits when you do it.
