In this episode, I’m introducing the framework that guides everything I teach inside my membership: The 5 Phases of Growth in building a thriving practice.
Growing a business isn’t linear. It’s cyclical. It’s seasonal. It’s much more like tending a garden than climbing a ladder.
The five phases are:
🌱 Cultivate – mindset and belief work
🌿 Nourish – building capacity and resilience
🌳 Root – creating strong systems and foundations
🌸 Bloom – visibility and expression
🍎 Harvest – receiving, celebrating, and sustaining growth
Inside Grow a Thriving Practice, I walk members through these phases intentionally and repeatedly. Because sometimes when you think you need more strategy, what you really need is stronger roots. Sometimes when you’re pushing visibility, you need to come back and nourish your nervous system. And sometimes when you’re building systems, you need to cultivate new beliefs.
Growth isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about tending wisely.
In this episode, I break down each phase and explain how they work together to create a sustainable, aligned, and resilient business.
If you’re ready to grow your practice intentionally; with structure, support, and a framework that actually makes sense, you can join us inside Grow a Thriving Practice here:
