Masood Azhar's CV got updated, he's not simply the founder of Pakistan-based terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammad but he's now a "global terrorist" according to the UNSC. Usually updating the CV would mean a better job but unfortunately for Masood Azhar now there will be sanctions on him.
