Alex Hayman, Chief People Officer at Southeast Primary Care Partners, has had a diverse and fulfilling career, starting off in operations before transitioning to human resources and human capital. Throughout his multiple decades in the field, Alex has been recognized for his passion for working with people and his ability to lead. 

He has followed great leaders and pursued his passions, even leaving great jobs to do so. Currently, he is focused on bringing value-based medicine to the southeast region. Alex is particularly drawn to this organization because of their emphasis on prioritizing physicians. He believes that by treating primary care physicians as valuable assets and putting them first, healthcare costs can be reduced, and patient care can be improved. Despite the challenges he faces in the field of human resources, Alex is thrilled to be a part of this mission.
