Luis Sanchez is the Owner/Roaster of Acento Coffee Roasters here in San Diego, CA. We discussed being born in Missouri, raised in Mexico City, and then moving to Australia for 9 years, only to develop a love for coffee and find his way to San Diego to open his own espresso bar.
