Processing emotions is an imperative part of self awareness and healing. Part of this process will require more conscious effort and thinking so we don’t automatically turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms like food or other things we turn to when we feel strong negative emotions. I share my story about auditioning for the voice and not making it to the next round and how I set an intention in the beginning for how I wanted to feel no matter which direction it went and then how disappointment showed up for me later. I share how I process my emotions and how it might also help you.
