Well friend…it has been a HOT SEC since I’ve rolled into your feed with a new podcast episode. Actually, almost one ENTIRE year.
What was meant to be a one month break turned into an almost year-long hiatus, but TBH, I needed it.
I needed a break. I was worn out, burnt out, not creative, dealing with a whole ton of stuff, clearing out stuck and old energy, and literally *so much more* that I talk about in this episode.
The truth is, sometimes we need a break. And even when we plan for that break to be short, you know as well as I do that Spirit and the Universe has a different plan for us.
And this journey was meant to happen, so that I could come back with a fresh perspective to uplevel the conversations we’re having here, and ultimately help you uplevel your life.
In this first episode back, we’re getting into the nitty gritty of moving through an existential life crisis…yes, I had one, in my mind, while everything else looked fine on the outside.
I’m really grateful to share that I’m now on the other side of it, and I’m grateful for the lessons that I can now share with you here.
