TRUE CRIME

Today we have the crimes of  a female serial killer to share with you all. 

Asking her patients to make her the beneficiary of their wills was probably Dorothea’s undoing after all it’s not that unusual for elderly people to pass away in care homes. 

But what exactly was Dorothea’s  motive, was it money and greed? It’s not like she needed the money, so was she simply a cold blooded killer with a ready pool of victims?
