Andrew started at Integrated Logistics as a partner and the first employee. Built the business to reach across and number of locations and service offerings to create employment for a team that today includes over 150 persons. Starting as GM, leading in all areas of the company's development and all major customer relationships. Lead the development indigenous business, with start of Integrated Nunatsiavut Logistics, sealed international partnerships in the Canadian Supply Base Company, and all while leading the company through unionization, SPO work and projects on every major industrial site.

Gale Force Wins started out simply as an inspirational podcast releasing episodes wherever you get your podcasts every Tuesday evening. We continue to do that every Tuesday but have expanded into custom content for clients.
