Dr. Aileen Bumphus is the Associate Vice President of the Longhorn Center for Academic Excellence (LCAE), which is the academic portfolio of The Division of Diversity and Community Engagement at the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Bumphus holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Research from the University of Southern Mississippi. She has led students from the University of Texas on study abroad programs in Beijing, China and Costa Rica.
