Nothing can change, until something changes. My client said these six words as she's preparing to walk through a very difficult season. I was in awe of her courage as I recount a past version of myself and my "inability", at least perceived, to walk in her shoes. Tear out the Tags was such a beautiful season of the podcast AND it's widely viewed as a concept that we should live WITHOUT labels. An idea that I don't align with at all. It turns out that the show that I produced originally, belongs to a past season of my life and SO here we are with a new and improved show.
My Self Worth is a Size ZERO will explore the same content, while shining a light on the fact that our insides don't necessary match what people see on the outside. In a world focused heavily on a measuring system, we forget to focus on the size of our self-worth.
Change is uncomfortable and yet, necessary. We don't always look forward to it OR embrace it, AND we don't have control over most of the change we experience in our lives. Sometimes we hold on to something that has outgrown us or that we've outgrown for YEARS and even seasons of our lives. Welcome to the new show!!
