It's Kona week on the Endurance Hour!  Today we have former Ironman World Champion, Leanda Cave and multiple Ironman Champion and overall contender, Ben Hoffman.  Both are racing Saturday and could end up on the podium.  We also have a pair of age group triathletes, Craig Lanza who is back on the island racing his 8th Ironman World Champion and Craig Thorsen who is racing his first as a Legacy athlete.  Our fifth guest is Tristan Brown,  team manager of the Timex Multisport Team to shed light on the business and social media side of Kona.  We finish off with a voicemail Q&A session with Coach Wendy Mader.  Aloha and thank you for listening.
