Thais Bass-Moore is the co-founder and director of the Fearless Leadership Institute at The University of Texas in Austin, which provides academic, professional, and personal development to African American women and Latina undergraduates. She earned her undergraduate degree at UCLA. She went on to established The Black Theatre Company of Baton Rouge where she served as playwright and director. She graduated from UT Austin in December 2018 with a master’s in Human Dimensions of Organizations.
