Joe Musten is the lead vocalist of the band Advent as well as the drummer and supporting vocalist of the band Beloved. Joe has been an important figure in the hardcore/post hardcore/metal core music scene. His other bands include The Almost, Torn, and Your Son Is Dead. He currently serves as the youth and young adult pastor at Winston Salem First in Winston-Salem, NC.
