Academy Award® nominated Filmmaker Jerry Franck pops in to fill us in on the film he’s just released entitled ‘Bottle Conditioned’ where he explores the small Belgian community of lambic beer. He's documented and traveled to learn where brewers and blenders of different generations wrestle with tradition and the increased demand for their rare beers after decades of doubting anyone would drink it.

He was intrigued by the niche following of lambics and we highlight Cantillon (!), 3 Fonteinen, and Bokke breweries. We talk tradition, history, what he saw, how he felt and the adventures of filmmaking as well as Jerry's favorite movie and what inspires him.
