No matter where we are, who we are in proximity with, and what we are going through, we are always the ones in control. Nothing or no one is either 'good' or 'bad,' but it's our opinion of that or them that dictates what feelings birth inside us. And that's why it's so important to take charge of our perception and our emotions, because ultimately we are in control of what and how we think, feel and love.
