Here’s a conversation on leadership, self awareness, and more with my Dad, Simeon Cumberbatch. As the idea of holistic leadership [a leader is more than just one at work] takes up more mental space for me, I thought it would be joyous to get into a conversation with Dad, whom has been seen as a leader for decades.
We found ourselves discussing whether leaders are made or born, where self awareness fits into the puzzle of it all, and what the future of leadreship is looking like. It’s a great intergenerational conversation that I’m sure you’ll glean a nugget or two from.
